Dr. Laurence is on a crusade to bring the safest and most effective technologies to his patients, and according to the Hippocratic tradition, he feels it is a responsibility and privilege to share these techniques with medical colleagues.  His interests include laser medicine, sclerotherapy, and cosmetic surgical procedures.

"It is not enough for us to train four years in medical school, three years in specialty training and one year in additional fellowship training.  We all JUST BEGIN learning once we finish our formal education.  The technology that is the most effective for our patients did not even exist when 95% of practicing medical doctors were in formal training and the medical schools often could not afford to train us on the best equipment because of its expense."

Lora's experience in the spa industry brings a warm and nurturing approach to the field of medical aesthetics.  She works regionally with the Candela Laser Corporation to facilitate training during their professional training workshops.  Lora also consults and trains other medical professionals who desire incorporating laser services into their practice.  She has undergone extensive medical and surgical training in California and Oklahoma.  Lora is pleased to offer the highest level of laser procedures and physician-based skin care products to her clients.  Clients value her soothing and unhurried approach to their treatments.

Jessie's calm demeanor, along with her 10 years of experience in wellness, puts her clients at ease during laser and permanent cosmetic procedures.  She is professionally trained in Candela laser treatments and is excited to offer permanent cosmetics to our clients.  With Jessie's skill and caring personality, clients know they are in very good hands.

Charlotte Warren is perhaps the most well-respected aesthetician in the Memphis area.  Along with her 12 years of experience in aesthetician she also offers permanent cosmetics to our clients. Charlotte has worked in a variety of plastic surgery and day spa environments. Her dedication to skin care is what brought her to Germantown Aesthetics. Donna has more than 30 years experience in nursing, and as an injection specialist. Her caring attitude, professionalism and gentle touch with clients make Donna a great addition to the Germantown Aesthetics team. Donna delivers Botox injections, Dermal Fillers, Sclerotherapy and Mesotherapy treatments for men and women.
